1. What do I need to gain access to J.P. Morgan eTrading site?
You only need your MasterAccount number or Username (to be chosen during your first login to J.P. Morgan eTrading site)and your corresponding Login Personal Identification Number (Login PIN).
2. Which accounts can I access through J.P. Morgan eTrading site?
You can access, where applicable, your:
Individual MasterAccount and the related joint accounts with other holders (where instructions can be given by any one holder).
Please note that each Login ID is designated a MasterAccount. If you have more than one MasterAccount, you will have two or more Login IDs.
3. Can I access my joint MasterAccount if instructions have been given that the account requires all joint unitholders to sign?
No. For security reasons, you will not be able to access such accounts through J.P. Morgan eTrading site. Please contact our Investment Advisers on (852) 2265 1188 for assistance.
4. Can I create my own Username?
Yes. When you first login to J.P. Morgan eTrading site, you will be prompted to create your unique and easy-to-remember Username. You can use this Username or your 12-digit MasterAccount number to login to the site at any time thereafter.
Please note that once the Username has been setup, it cannot be changed.
5. What is 'Verification PIN'?
The Verification PIN provides an additional level of security during order placement and checking/updating your personal information via J.P. Morgan eTrading site. You will be prompted to input your Verification PIN when using these services.
6. Can I change the Login PIN and Verification PIN via J.P. Morgan eTrading site?
Yes. You can change your PINs via J.P. Morgan eTrading site by using the "Change PIN" function under the "My Account" section. You are strongly recommended to change your PINs regularly to help protect the security of your account.
7. I have forgotten my Login/Verification PIN(s). What should I do?
Please click here to reset your PIN(s). Follow the screen instructions to reset your PIN(s), which will then be sent to you by email. If you have any questions or problems, please contact our Investment Advisers on (852) 2265 1188.

For corporate clients, please contact our Investment Advisers on (852) 2265 1188 to have your Login/Verification PIN(s) re-issued. Your new PIN(s) will be sent to your registered address by post; they cannot be given to you over the telephone.
8. I tried to reset my PIN(s) via J.P. Morgan eTrading site, but could not find the new PIN(s) in my email inbox. What should I do?
Delivery of your new PIN(s) by email is subject to network conditions and your email service provider. If you have not received them by email after one hour, please retry the PIN reset instruction in J.P. Morgan eTrading site, or contact our Investment Advisers on (852) 2265 1188.
9. I have keyed in the incorrect PIN several times when trying to access J.P. Morgan eTrading site. Now, whenever I want to login to the service, an error message appears. What should I do?
To prevent unauthorised access to your account, access to J.P. Morgan eTrading site will be deactivated automatically if users input an invalid PIN three consecutive times.

10. When will my new PINs become effective after I have changed it through J.P. Morgan eTrading site?
You may start using your new PINs the next time you login to J.P. Morgan eTrading site.
