If I have eScheduler order(s) to be executed today and I place a lump sum order this morning as well, how will I know if the ePoints will be waived for the eScheduler order(s) or the lump sum order? |
 |
ePoints will be automatically used to waive your initial charges if you have enough ePoints at your eScheduler order(s) generation time. You can check the amount of ePoints spent on the Order Status/Order History/eContract Note for your eScheduler order(s). For lump sum investments, if you have enough ePoints during order placement, "ePoints" will be shown in the 'Initial charge' pull-down menu. You can then decide whether or not to use ePoints to waive the initial charge for your lump sum order. |
